Tough but Fair... Let us explain
1) If we send you the wrong item and/or wrong quantities we will make things right (Sending you the exact item/s you ordered).
2) If you do not receive your order and you entered the correct shipping address then there is a process to remedy this situation.
Before contacting us about a lost order, please confirm the following
a) You entered the correct Shipping Address when You placed your order.
b) The order is not marked as *delivered by the shipping carrier (you will find this in the shipping tracking email we will send you once your item is shipped).
c) Several working days have passed since the estimated delivery date.
4) If the item, upon receipt, is damaged please contact us.
5) The above is hardly comprehensive but covers the majority of what are actually pretty rare issues. Bottom line is we are fair and will do our best to remedy a situation.
